These SMS Text Terms govern the provision and delivery of text messages by 10K Brewing LLC (“10K Brewing”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) to you.
What rules apply?
By signing up for Pint Perks™ you are agreeing to:
- receive text messages from 10K Brewing; and
- eliminate your right to bring a class action lawsuit against 10K Brewing concerning the provision of text messages.
Who can receive text messages from 10K Brewing?
Persons 21 years of age or older.
Does it cost anything to receive text messages from 10K Brewing’s Pint Perks™ program?
We will never charge you for text messages, but carrier message and data rates may apply.
How many messages can I expect to receive from 10K Brewing?
We will typically send out 1 to 5 messages each month. This is by no means a limit and customers who frequent the taproom more often may receive more text messages.
What if I don’t want to receive text messages from 10K Brewing any longer?
You may reply STOP to quit receiving messages at any time.
Will the program ever expire?
If you do not use the Pint Perks™ program for 6 months, 10K Brewing reserves the right to remove you from the program.
Will these terms change?
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Text Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your receipt of texts after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.
