FAQ

Do you keep the mugs in the Taproom?

Actually no. Which might seem strange compared to other mug clubs. We are limited on space. We will have a Taproom set available for you to use when you visit or you may bring your mug with you. We will give it a quick hand wash.

Also, what fun is a mug if you cant pour your growler into it at home?

May I buy a membership as a gift?

Absolutely! You can pickup the mug at the Taproom or we can mail a personalized card to the recipient. The recipient will be required to sign the Nice Beer Club agreement the first time they visit.

May I upgrade my membership later if I choose?

Lifetime members may upgrade their membership within their first year. Subject to approval.

Will you ship mugs?

Mugs must be picked up in person at the Taproom.

What happens if I break my mug?

You may still use our Taproom mugs. We are unable to order individual replacements but if you let us know, on our next order we can order an extra for you to purchase at cost. New mug orders are infrequent and will likely be made of glass. Take good care of your handmade ceramic stein.
