DESCRIPTION:3 separate spooktackular contests at one location!\nAny questions please email Thehalloweencapital@gmail.com  \nAll entries must be dropped off between 9-10:30 am at City Hall. Volunteers will be available to direct and assist with  pumpkin weigh off entries. \n***Pickup of entries/cleanup is 3:00pm-5:00pm \nAdult pumpkin carving:\nAwards for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd\n**18 and older only . Pumpkins must be complete at time of registration – no work area available.\n**Entries must be picked up/removed by 3pm\n**Rules listed on registration.\n\nScarecrow contest: \nAwards for 1st\, 2nd\, and third.
